It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Paul Foltz of Creston, Ohio, born in Wooster, Ohio, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell P. Foltz and Phyllis A. Foltz (Manson); his sister Robin Carter; and his father-in-law Tim Moore. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his daughter Maya; his brother Terry; his sister-in-law Rebecca Foltz of Plainfield, IN; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Jim Fisher of Columbia, SC; his nephews, Russell Carter, Jeffrey Fisher and John (Jennifer Fisher); his great-niece Eleanor; his great-nephew Theodore Fisher; and his mother-in-law Barbara Moore (Long) of Creston.
