We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2020, at the age of 89, Elizabeth J. Gasser (Creston, Ohio), born in Seville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac and Callie Rufener, Sr. (Klotzle); her stepmother Myrle Rufener; her husband Glenn Gasser; her siblings, Chester Rufener (Roma), Elton Rufener (Velma), Isaac Rufener, Jr. and Helen Maibach (Alpha); and her siblings-in-law, Everett Beery and Anna Rufener.
She is survived by: her children, Virgil (Lois) of Creston, Daniel (Diane) of Creston, Dale (Janet) of Creston, Ben Gasser (Sharon) of Creston, Linda Indermuhle (Ken) of Sardis and Jollene Hofacre (Steve) of Dalton; her siblings, Orin Rufener of Rittman, Joe Rufener (Lilas) of Sterling, Glen Rufener (Beverly) of Doylestown and Carol Beery of Rittman; and her sister-in-law Verna Rufener of Rittman. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 76 great grandchildren.
