Balser of Creston, Ohio, born in Mammoth, West Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Balser and Hattie Balser (Young); and his sisters, Emma Balser and Laverne Balser. He is survived by: his wife Azell Balser (Starcher); his stepchildren, Teresa Hunter (Bobby), Rhonda Troyer (Wayne), Van King and Marsha King; and his siblings, Emmit Balser (Fay) of Burton, James Balser (Shirley) of Massillon, Harold Balser of Norton, Bernard Balser (Karen) of Belle, Gene Balser (Dolly) of Woodbine and Norva Warner (Mark) of Parsons. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
