He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Underwood and Betty Sue Underwood (Kerwood); his son Michael Underwood; and his brother William "Pete" Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Leisha Underwood (Bush); his children, Brad Underwood, Sean M. Reilly (Christi), Paul Jr. Reilly (Charity) and Nicolina Heter; and his siblings, Kenneth Underwood, Danny Underwood (Jo) and Carolyn Alesi. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, in-laws and nieces and nephews.
