He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Allen and Emma Cogar Allen; his daughter Vicki Allen; and his sister Elise Warnick. He is survived by: his sons, Vincent Allen, Leroy Allen, Frederick Allen and Melrose Allen; and his siblings, Virginia Weekley, Judy Wells, Mary Stevens, Emogene Narog (Don), Linda White (Jerry) and Bill Allen (Brenda). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
