It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Arlene Shane of Creston, Ohio, born in Wadsworth, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glade Boss and Esther Boss (Wagner); her husband Harvey D. Shane; her son Rick Shane; and her brother Neal Boss.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Koch of Creston and Laurie (David Boley) of Creston; her sisters, Linda Boss of Creston and Martha IBob; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Boss of Wooster and Kathleen Shane of Sterling. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
