He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Dobbins and Pauline Dobbins (Dean); his children, Rose Kinney and Rusty Dobbins; his daughter-in-law Rose Dobbins; his granddaughter Heather; and his close friend Dorothy "Dot" Flick.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Dobbins (Teri), Dennis Dobbins and Arlene Dobbins; his siblings, Willard Dobbins, Robert Dobbins, Barbara Meadows, Sandra Casto (Eddie), Brenda Kisner (Dale), Connie Stafinski Bonnie Stuart and Betty Dobbins; and his friend Dorothy Hibbs. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
