She is survived by: her children, Micheal Pannichella of Lebanon, OH, Donna Loscar (Kemp) of Lake Tahoe, NV and Kimberly Baker of Coolville, OH.; and her sister Donna Strejcek (Frank). She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
