She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Shepard and Helen Shepard (Speelman); her granddaughter Elizabeth Offerle; her brothers, Melvin and Paul Shepard; and her nephew JJ Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, William John Offerle (Leslie Burns) of Galion and Laurie Lewis Jr. (Mike) of Crestline; her grandchildren, Nichole Bailey (Greg Fannin), Damian Lewis, Grover Lewis III (Jordan Hiser), Ruth Lewis, Hannah Lambert, Ashley Offerle, Shawn Offerle, Tiffany Doss and Alex Doss; and her sisters, Linda Biglin (Wayne), Mary Miller and Diana Hayes (John).
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association or the Humane Society, serving Crawford County.
