He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Shannon Evans of Toledo; his granddaughter Makaylee; his parents, Donald Evans and Mary Lou Evans of Galion; his siblings, Mike Evans (Molly) of Jackson, OH, Keith Evans (Kristie) of Shelby, Neil Evans (Donna) of Galion, Cheryl Proctor (Steve) of Logan, OH and Nicole Workman (Buck) of Mt. Gilead; his stepson Rob Lisle (Tasha); and his significant other Jodi Stirm. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and many other friends.
