She is survived by: her sons, Robert Kolakowski (Lisa) of Milford Center and Richard Kolakowski of Springfield; her grandchildren, Karista Danielle, Kurtis, Michael, Kimberly Kolakowski and Samantha Kolakowski; and her sister Irene.
