He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Vogt (Ridgley); his children, Russell Vogt, Ken Vogt, Karen Alt (Brian), Brian Vogt (Amy), Kurt Vogt (Mel), Kimberly Hatfield (Jeff), Teresa Jessee (Charles) and Sheryl Foley (Crestline); and his brother Richard Vogt (Marilyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
