He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Vogt and Cornelia Vogt (Schroeder); and his sisters, Joanne Vogt, Esther Nadler, Mary Heichelbech and Leoma Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann Vogt (Horning); his children, Deacon Steven Vogt (Sheila) of Crestline, Alan Vogt (Julie) of Shelby, Gary Vogt (Angie) of Shelby, Christopher Vogt (Christine) of Shelby, Jeffrey Vogt (Kelly) of Shelby, Julie Stall (Jamie) of Findlay, Andrea Wilkins (Lee) of Shelby and Mark Vogt (Melissa) of Shelby; and also Shirley Vogt of Crestline. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and his twin.
The family politely asks that those who attend wear a mask. Due to the risk of the spread of the COVID-19 infection, the family has chosen for calling hours not to be observed.
