He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wagner and Bertha Wagner (Hilliard); and his siblings, Herbert Wagner, Mildred Fennell and Nellie Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Marion "Mary" Ridley; his sons, Robert Wagner (Lori) of Crestline, William Wagner of Ontario, Edward Wagner (Amy) of Shelby and Michael Wagner (Stacey) of Crestline; and his sister Evelyn Wagner of Ford City, PA.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
