He is survived by: his wife Wilma J. Fields (Barker); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kincade (Dave) of Florida and Daniel Fields (Lauren) of Florida; his great grandchildren, Leah of Florida, Molly Kincade of Florida, Evelyn of Florida and Jack David Fields of Florida; and his brothers, Ellis Fields of Kentucky, Fred Fields of Kentucky and Jerome Fields of Kentucky.
