She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Sr. Bollinger and Rosetta Bollinger (Wood); her husband Samuel L. Leibengood; her siblings, Melvin, Richard, James Jr., Vernon Bollinger, Evelyn Seabrook and Donna Kraner; and her son-in-law Blake Lyons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Forry Lyons, Rebecca Forry Borders and Melissa Forry Lawson; her grandchildren, Joshua Borders (Tiffany), Peyton Borders (Jena), Mitchel Lyons (Hannah), Rachel Breithaupt (Kirk), Madison Lawson and Courtney Lawson; her brother Dean Bollinger; and her close friend Connie Orewiler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
