She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Phillips and Helena Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Butler; her children, B. J. Phillips (Jose), Joy Clark (Zach Simmermacher) and James Butler; her grandchildren, Ashton Clark, Dylan Pittenger and Alyssa Grace Pittinger; and her siblings, Lin Baker, Margaret Gilliam (Bill), Carroll Tolley, Laurie Spellman, Nancy Daugherty (Mike), Richard Phillips and Larry Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and inlaws.
