She is survived by: her children, William Cook (Sheryl) of Torrance, CA, Henry Cook (Sheila), Shirley Cook (David) of Clayton, IN, Diana Cook of Crestline and Peggy Cook of Crestline; her siblings, Marlene Volk, June Paynter, Don Maddy and Jan Maddy Marylou Pursley; her grandchildren, Jen Cook, Cale Cook, Scott Cook, Elizabeth Cook, Kathy Cook and Michael Cook; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Camden, Liam, Elaine, Ila, Tiffany, Lauren, Sarah, Lilly and David; and her great great grandchildren, Anna, Evelyn, Aiden, Jensen and Tristan.
