She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Welter and Dorothy Welter (Williams); her spouse Glen H. Marshall, Sr.; her daughter Cynthia Marshall; her granddaughter Glenda Gray; and her brother Gerald Welter.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Marshall (Rhonda) of Witchita, KS, Margaret Russell, Patricia Richards, Sharon Esno, Glen Marshall, Jr. (Carol), Connie Kelly (Mike), Christine Marshall and Melinda Bilger; and her brother Peter Welter, Jr. of Osso, MI.. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; forty-one great grandchildren; fifteen great, great grandchildren.
