He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Boyd and Edith Cervenka (Bowen); and his brother Woody Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Boyd; his children, Joseph "Glen" Boyd, Jr. (Renee) of Crestline, Julie King (Kenny) of Crestline, Kevin Boyd (Kathy) of Crestline and Quinten Boyd (Kim) of Bucyrus; and his sisters, Mary Wambold of Mansfield and Peggy Blubaugh (Bill) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren.
