He is survived by: his father Emmitt Scarbro, Jr.; his wife Missy Scarbro; his mother Janet Walnum; his stepfather Loren Walnum of Crestline; his children, Jeffrey Scarbro (Katelyn) of Melbourne, FL and Jenna Sell (Kodi) of Crestline; his stepdaughters, Charity Montgomery (Curtis) of Mansfield and Bridgette Covey (James Baker) of Lexington; his granddaughter Layla Sell; and his brother Randy Scarbro (Gerri) of Bucyrus. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
