He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Mary Jarosz, George, Florence Smith, John and Betty Belcik; and his father-in-law Ronald Finnegan.
He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Charles and Kathleen Belcik (Jarosz) of Perrysburg; his wife Molly Jean Belcik (Finnegan); his children, Bridget and Rudy; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Jennifer Belcik of North Ridgeville; his niece Lucy; his nephew Nicholas; his mother-in-law Barbara Finnegan of Crestline; his in-laws, Tanya Hartings, Shannon Finnegan, Rhonda Gregson (Dave), Erin Finnegan and Megan Ratliff (Madison); and his godparents, Rosalie Richards and Richard Jarosz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.
