He is survived by: his parents, Arthur "Mick" W. McKay of Crestline and Deborah McKay (Christini) of Crestline; his siblings, Melissa May (Rich), Philip Nokovich (Andy), Sean McKay (Heather), Norwalk Carter and Tracy Carter (Jody); his children, Aleksei Butler of Lexington, Dylan McKay and Kallen McKay; his granddaughters, Kendall Hales of Lexington and Willow Hales of Lexington; his nieces and nephews, Aunt Terri Rieman, Uncle Mick Christini, Aunt Pam Ellsworth and Kevin McKay; and also Chris Morey of Crestline.
