It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Marlene Horning of Crestline, Ohio, born in New Washington, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Niedermier and Gertrude Niedermier (Wurm); and her siblings, Freda Coder, Carol Kimmet, Marilyn Herman, Joan Heydinger and Kenneth Niedermier.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Horning; her children, Jill Mower (Bruce) of Arizona, Jenny Engler (Gary) of Crestline and Josh Horning (Amy) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Ryan Horning, Gwen Horning, Maura Horning, Tyler Davis and Brett Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic School or Crestline Public Library.
