He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neumann and Miriam "Middy" Neumann (Laughbaum); and his brother Edward Neumann. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Neumann (Carolyn) of Black Hawk, SD, Judy Lozier (Rodger) and Steve Neumann (Bonnie); his sister-in-law Elaine Neumann; and his nieces, Heidi, Amanda, Heather, Desiree and Alisha.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shunk Museum in Crestline, in care of the funeral home.
