It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Gertrude Carter formerly of Crestline, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Palmer and Florence Palmer (Kalinowski); her husband Bobby N. Carter; and her great grandchild Wyatt Michael Crase. She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Carter, Richard C. Carter, Deanna Crase (Jack, Jr.) and Tony Carter; her grandchildren, Tyler Carter, Trey Crase, Alexa, Jordan and Amanda Crase; her brother Dr. Charles B. Palmer; and her siblings-in-law, Guy Petty (Bev), Betty Bessinger and Mary Petty. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
