It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Richard McNeal of Crestline, Ohio, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip D. McNeal Sr. and Naomi Leah McNeal (Treaster); and his siblings, Sandra Young and Clay Oscar. He is survived by: his wife Sharon May; his children, Kevin McNeal (Susan) of Bucyrus, Richard McNeal (Meryl) of Streetsboro and Leann Adkins of Galion; his pet Izzy; and his brother Phillip McNeal, Jr. (Karen) of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
