With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Winkler of Crestline, Ohio, born in Perryville, Missouri, who passed away on June 7, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Winkler and Aline Winkler (Renaud); his parents-in-law, Raymond Armstong and Gertrude Armstrong; and his sister-in-law Linda Dunay (Armstrong).

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Armstrong; his daughters, Alison Carlisle (Rob) of San Antonio, TX and Brittany Winkler of Soldotna, AK; his siblings, Barbara Cope, Russell Winkler, Ceilann Hoffer (Randy) and Kevin Winkler; and his sister-in-law Donna Baki (Mark). He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors, Tunnel to Towers or The Fisher House, in care of the funeral home.
