She is survived by: her parents, Leslie M. Fulk and Sandra A. Fulk (Stephens); her husband James R. Montgomery; her sons, Tristen J. and Jayce M. Montgomery; her siblings, Leslie Kern (Jeff) of Jackson Springs, NC, Shelly Dixon (Jason) of Galion, Amy Martin, Sarah Storms (Robert) of Crestline, Laura Fulk of Galion, Tammy Fulk of Florida, Alissa Fulk of Mansfield and Sandy Fulk of Crestline; her grandfather Herbert L. Fulk of Ashland; and her aunts and uncles, Douglas Fulk (Jackie), Linda Fowler, Shirley Racer (Donald), Philip Littleton, Mary Estes, Jesse Stephens (Myra), Carter Stephens (Linda), Louis Stephens, Lona Stewart (Robert), Marie Kiser (Timothy) and Elzie Shepherd.
