She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece Bowen and Allie Bowen (Gamble); her former husband Charles Boyd; her son Charles "Woody" Boyd; her stepdaughter Rose Boley; and her siblings, James Bowen, Charles Bowen, Nan Robinette, Laurel Dowell, Hazel Dowell, Joseph Bowen, Ethna Robinette, William Bowen and Mary Bowen.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Cervenka; her children, Joseph Boyd (Evelyn) of Crestline, Mary Wambold of Mansfield and Peggy Blubaugh (William) of Las Vegas, NV; and her stepson Frank Cervenka of Northfield. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, along with Numerous Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
