He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kossick and Mary Kossick (Dosick); his wife Mary Ann Kossick (Scanlon); his daughter Suzanne Day; and his siblings, Elizabeth Russell, Patricia Shepard and Thomas Kossick.
He is survived by: his children, David Kossick of Crestline, Anne Born (Howard "Butch") of Oberlin and Kevin Kossick (Tessa) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Sydney, Sarah Kossick, Hope, Faith, Joy Born and Henry Day; his son-in-law Richard Day; and his siblings-in-law, Sonja Kossick and Cliff Dearth.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The ALS Association or The Lung Cancer Research Foundation, in memory of his beloved wife and daughter.
