It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Willard Hoffer of Crestline, Ohio, born in Fredericktown, Ohio, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hoffer and Helen Hoffer-Climes (Grubaugh); and his brothers, Charles Hoffer, Glen Hoffer and Carl Hoffer.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Hoffer (Tesso); his children, Teresa Foster (Fred), James Hoffer (Michelle) and Christopher Hoffer (Sue); and his sister Ellen Troutman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
