He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Neff and Mary Neff (Craig); and his wife Brenda Ann Neff (Anatra). He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Hilbert (Wayne) of Crestline and Andrea Hawthorne (Donald) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Madalyne Hellbusch, Grace Ann Hawthorne and Emily Pearch; his great grandchild Sage Smith; and his sister Norma Glauer (Jim) of Crestline.
