Charles Russell Welch Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Russell Welch of Crestline, Ohio, born in Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Welch and Ruth Ann Welch (Tinkey); his nephew Gary Slusher; his parents-in-law, Phyllis Gwinner and William Gwinner; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Denise A. Welch (Gwinner); his children, Shane Welch (Tara), Jodi Welch (Mandi Whitlatch) and Cory Welch (Rachel); his grandchildren, Raegan, Ashtyn of Oliver, C. J., Hayleigh and Blaine; his siblings, Ted Welch (Brian Walters), Kathleen Shaffer (Mike), David Welch (Melody), Karen Slusher (Daryl) and Carl Welch; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Gwinner, Father David E. Gwinner and Dwight Hawk. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
