He was predeceased by: his parents, Estill Hall and Mary Hall (Jones); his grandchild Kyle Saum, Sr.; his great grandchild Aubrey Enderle; and his siblings, Kenneth Hall, Billy Alfrey, Juanita Pfahler and Betty Lou Alfrey.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Hoffman); his children, Chalmer Hall Jr. (Beth) of Bucyrus, Janet Hall of Crestline, Larry Hall of Crestline, Tim Hall (Shauna) of Bucyrus and Vicki Hall (Shaine Rayborn) of Bucyrus; his grandchildren, Christopher Hall, Nicholas Hall, Mark Hall, Randy Hall, Jennifer Saum, Stephanie Hancock, Kristina Hall, Taylor Cook, Hunter Hall, Kristen Zucchero (Jeremy) and Kelsey Saum; his brother Bobby Alfrey (Linda) of Florida; and his pet Stimpy. He is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren.
