She was predeceased by: her father Henry T. Lambert; her husband Ronald D. Campbell; and her siblings, David Lambert, Jerry Lambert, Terry Lambert, Clint Lambert, Marjorie Heinberger and Linda Kephart.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Cox of Crestline, Michelle Miller (Bill) of Independence and Jerry Cox of Galion; the father of her children Roy Cox; her siblings, Connie Blackstone (Jim) of Ontario and Larry Lambert Marion (Darlene); and her niece Veronda Hardy (Bruce). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
