She is survived by: her husband Bernard "Barney" Szymczak Sr.; her sons, Chuck Szymczak (Lisa) and James Szymczak (Crystal); her grandchildren, Alex, Sarah Szymczak, Kaylin Wright, Alivia, Avery Szymczak, Brianna and Tyson Szymczak; her great grandchild Sophia Mae Szymczak; and her siblings, Dave Buchanan (Harriet), George Carey (Brenda), Sherry Buchanan and Frances Gray (Jerry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
