He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Addington and Nellie Hoskins Addington; his spouse Delsie VanHoose Addington; his grandson Richard Addington; and his brothers, Remus, Carl and Wana Addington.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Addington (Gail) of Creola, Larry Addington of Logan and Joseph Addington of Portsmouth. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
