He is survived by: his parent Buford Bolin Sr. of Piqua; his children, Jeremiah Hale of Piqua, Adam Tackett, Michelle Hale of Sidney, Bridgette Hale of Crescent Springs and Amber Hale of Troy; and his siblings, Bueford Bolin Jr. of Covington and Hope Cole.
