She was predeceased by: her parent Daniel Beaver; and her husband Ernest "Bud" Slagle. She is survived by: her parent Gladys Fetty Beaver; her son Terry L. Slagle (Shawnee) of East Liverpool; her grandchildren, Tara Slagle (Bill Reed) and Shane P. Slagle (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Grady Reed, Collin Reed, Aaden Slagle and Liam Slagle.
