She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Shively; her siblings, George, Lucille, Dorothy, Heber, Robert and Donald Dysinger; and her grandson Jason R. Shively.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, James Shively (Melody) of Piqua, Scott Shively (Deb) of Carmel, IN, Linda Good (Scott) of Covington, Jeffrey Shively (Deb) of Covington, Timothy Shively (Karen) of Wadsworth, Randy Shively (Jeannie) and Steve Shively (Barbara) of Troy. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; & other relatives & friends.
