It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Elizabeth Seger of Covington, Ohio, born in Fort Loramie, Ohio, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond H. Seger; her grandson Joey Seger; her stepmother Clara Meyer DeLoye; her brothers, Richard M. DeLoye, Edward DeLoye and Joe DeLoye; and her sister-in-law Joan Howick.
She is survived by: her children, Anna (Gene Cox), Patricia (Charles Smith), Mark Seger of Pleasant Hill, Gary Seger of Covington, Ronald (Laura Seger), Rita (Phillip Dernbach), Donald Seger of Covington and Theodore (Tabby Seger); her grandchildren, Aretha (Shawn Morrison), Olivia McGill, Andrew Smith, Latisha Seger, Matthew Seger, Brian Seger (Veronica Blum), Bradley (Amy Seger), Michele (Daniel Oman), D. J. Seger (Danielle Griffith), Trenton Seger and Thomas Stevens; her stepbrother George Howick of Bowling Green, OH; and her half-siblings, Larry (Donna DeLoye) and Jeanette Cooper of Blacksburg, VA. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
