Gephart; her children, Jason, Eric, Christy Beireis of Bradford, Angel, Richard Jay of Bradford, David Millet of Columbus, Lori, Joe Uttegg of Ripley, Stephanie and Ernie Jones of Bradford; her grandchildren, Kali Higgs, Logan Linn, Shane Cornett, Nylani Beireis, Hunter Beireis, Caden Jay, Cayla Jay, Abby Millet and Daylon Uttegg; her great grandchildren, Oliver Perkins, Raquel Lutz and Nova Linn; and her brothers, Dennise Millet of Piqua, Dave Millet, Joe Millet and Bob Millet of Piqua. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
