It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Lynn Gephart (Covington, Ohio), born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Utegg, Joe Utegg of Ripley, NY, Stephanie Jones and Ernie Jones; and her grandchildren, Daylon Utegg and Shawn Jones.
