Simmons York of Covington, Ohio, born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul E. Simmons; her husband Richard "Dick" York; her niece Carol E. Firestone; and her brother-in-law Lowell F. Yingst. She is survived by: her sister Judy E. Yingst of Covington; her niece Julie Lowe-Alaslouti (Hasan) of Covington; her nephew Rick Firestone; her great-nieces, Megan M. Lowe, Morgan R. Lowe and Leanna Firestone; her great-nephew Logan B. Lowe; and also Alana. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
