He is survived by: his spouse Helen Hoover; his children, Cindy Johnson and Dean Fields (Janet); his grandchildren, Holly Johnson (Jeff), Heidi Haldiman (Matt), Andy Johnson (Alex) and Ashley Johnson; his great grandchildren, Haley Haldiman, Cole Haldiman and Harper Johnson; and his sisters, Jane Christian, Marjorie Schultz, Naomi Brown, Glenna Ruhl and Ruth Fields.
