He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Delp and Kathryn Delp (Stefal); and his siblings, Steve, Sam and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Delp (Woodson); his children, Richard Delp (Dorothy) of Beloit, Kelly Allenbaugh (Tom) of Alliance and Jeff Delp of Salem; his stepchildren, Stacey Jarrett of Salem and Dustin Elliott (Breanna) of Wendell, NC.; and his siblings, Gary, Randy, Lois and Ellen. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
