He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Arnett and Ruby Arnett (Oldham); his son Bradley Arnett (Toni) of Covington; his siblings, Jackie Lobenstein (David), Max Arnett, James Arnett and Maxine Arnett; his son-in-law Edwin Noll; and his brother-in-law Robert Frazier.

He is survived by: his wife Della M. Arnett (Sowry); his children, Scott Arnett (Tawnja) of Pleasant Hill, Greg Arnett (Shirley) of Covington, Donald Martin (Sherry) of Chillicothe, Dirk Martin (Karen) of Haiti, Diana Noll of Webster, Dina Martin of Minster, Dane Martin (Karen) of West Milton and Damon Martin of Troy; his siblings, Shirley Meyer (Joe), Sharon Arnett, Debbie Cook (Tom), Victoria Ritzert (James) and Sue Gasson (Rick); and his sisters-in-law, Delana Arnett, Tana Arnett and Deanna Frazier. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
