He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Nadine Foster. He is survived by: his wife Diane Foster (Booth); his children, William Foster, Jr., Charlotte Bantum (Matt) and Brian Foster (Darla); his grandchildren, Brianna, Trevor, Cory Foster, Colton and Beau Bantum; his great grandchildren, Carson, Holden, Bryer, Mylan and Rowan; and his siblings, Florence Jones, Roberta, Gail, Roland and Dale Foster.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Coshocton County Memorial Gardens (25580 OH-621, Coshocton, OH 43812).
