He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred P. Smalley and Mary M. Smalley (Gross); his sister Connie Hostetler; and his great grandchild Charlotte Parker. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Smalley (Griffith); his children, Lori Burris, Craig Smalley (Gina) and Chris Smalley (Donell); his grandchildren, Zack Burris, Rachael Parker (Jordan), Samantha Gorton (Andrew), Zoe Ralston (Colton), Erin Smalley, Jackie Smalley, Raychel Smalley and Krysten Smalley; and his great grandchildren, London Parker and Autumn Ralson.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (639 Main St, Coshocton, OH 43812).
